The first floor boasts a delightful outdoor courtyard, perfect for leisurely meals and relaxed conversations. Inside, the atmosphere is truly romantic and soothing, with beautiful arches and paintings adding to the ambiance.

On the second floor, a lovely balcony offers a breathtaking view of the surroundings, showcasing the vast spaces and newer wooden structures, as well as the impressive high ceilings. The large windows not only provide ample natural light but also seamlessly connect the interior and exterior spaces, creating a sense of harmony. The ground floor features high-quality materials that retain heat and reduce noise during movement. With a total area of 160 square meters, the ground floor includes four spacious rooms, three bedrooms, a living room, and two bathrooms.
