Located in the charming hamlet of Meriadec in Baden, our newly built house is the perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility and relaxation. Situated right on the walking tour track of the Gulf of Morbihan, it offers easy access to breathtaking natural landscapes.Our house consists of two spacious apartments, each comfortably accommodating 4 to 6 people. For larger groups or families, both apartments can be rented together, providing ample space and privacy.
Conveniently situated just a stone's throw away from an 18-hole golf course, pristine beaches, and numerous tourist attractions such as Vannes, Quiberon, and Carnac, our location offers endless possibilities for leisure and exploration.
The ground floor apartment, EBRD, boasts a generous 80 square meters of living space. It features a bright and spacious living room kitchen (35 square meters), two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a terrace, and a garden, allowing you to fully enjoy the outdoors.
On the upper floor, our Huernic apartment offers 100 square meters of living space. It features a stylish living room kitchen (35 square meters), three inviting bedrooms, a bathroom, and a shower room.
To ensure the safety and convenience of our guests, we provide secure parking facilities and a designated area for bike storage. For those looking to explore the surrounding area on two wheels, bike rental services are available on-site.
