Property description:This fully furnished house is located on the first floor, providing an independent and comfortable living space. Situated in a peaceful countryside setting, the property offers easy access to the surrounding areas and is close to the owners' residence.
The day room is bright and airy, facing south and east, allowing for beautiful views of the countryside. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher and microwave.
The spacious living room features two sofas, one of which can be converted into a double bed, along with an armchair, a cozy fireplace, and entertainment options like a television and hi-fi system.
There are three comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and the third with a double bed. The bathroom includes both a bathtub and shower, and there is a separate toilet.
In the basement, guests have access to a washing machine and a table tennis playroom.
Outside, there is a lovely garden with a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. The property also provides a mobile phone card and wifi access.
Heating is provided by an oil-fired central heating system, and firewood is kindly provided. Electricity usage beyond 8 kwh per day is charged at 0.08 per kwh.
For added convenience, bed linen, house towels, and bath towels can be rented for 8 per person. Alternatively, guests can choose to have the end of stay cleaning service for an additional fee of 45.
A security deposit of 250 is required upon arrival.
The price of the rental includes water, cooking gas, and 8 kwh of electricity per day. However, heating and electricity usage beyond 8 kwh per day, as well as renting sheets, linens, and towels, and cleaning services are not included in the price.
