Welcome to our countryside retreat where you can indulge in the simple pleasures of nature. While we don't offer TV, we do provide WiFi so you can stay connected if needed. Instead, we invite you to immerse yourself in our expansive 12,000 sqm park, adorned with majestic trees that have stood for over 100 years. Depending on the season and time, you may catch a glimpse of rabbits frolicking in our garden, a timid deer, ducks, pheasants, or even our migratory stork.In our fully restored building, we offer two private and comfortable bedrooms for your ultimate relaxation. Enjoy a delicious breakfast in our shared room or choose to dine on the terrace or in the shaded lawn of the park, the choice is yours.
Contrary to popular belief, the countryside is far from boring or desolate. In fact, we are conveniently located within 15 minutes from the stunning beaches of the Côte de Jade. If you prefer a leisurely bike ride, you can explore the scenic Loire River. For the more adventurous, Saint-Viaud offers a unique water lift, a rare gem in Loire-Atlantique.
We are well-versed in the rich history of Brittany, the region we call home. Allow us to guide you with our extensive knowledge of tourist routes, family-friendly parks, and attractions, as well as recommend the best spots for a refreshing drink or a delightful meal.
Our room rates are as follows: €60 per night for 1 or 2 people and €75 for two persons with a child under 12 years old. We also offer discounts of €55 and €70 for stays lasting three nights or more. Please note that the child's age is not the determining factor for the discount, but rather the size of the bed (80 cm wide).
Rest assured that our guest rooms adhere to all legal requirements. Our prices include a homemade breakfast, comfortable linen and duvets, and towels for your convenience.

Excellent accueil
Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans les chambres d'hôtes des trois étangs en avril 2019. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil remarquable de la propriétaire. Les chambres sont très agréables et calmes. Nous recommandons.
