One room is available for accommodation, with a capacity to sleep 3 people. It is furnished with one bed measuring 160x200 and another bed measuring 90x190, both equipped with sheets. Additionally, the room includes a crib, high chair, baby changing mat, a bathroom with a shower, and an independent toilet. There is also a spacious closet for storage purposes.

The former stables offer a larger space of 45 square meters, comprising a kitchen, a bathroom, and a living area. Sleeping arrangements in this space include 1 BZ bed and 1 single bed, complete with linens. Household supplies such as a ceramic hob, microwave, crockery, cutlery, kitchenware, dishwasher, fridge, iron, ironing board, TV, and WiFi are also provided.

For guests staying in the apartments, breakfast is included in their stay. The rates for bed and breakfast are as follows:
- For one person, the rate is €65 per night, including breakfast.
- For two persons, the rate is €80 per night, including breakfast.
- Children up to 12 years old are charged €25.
- Children under 2 years old stay for free.

Located in an historic farmhouse, the "Eure Cottage and Barn" in Rouen offers two fully restored apartments, each with their own entrance and situated separate from the main house and other buildings. These spacious apartments, measuring 80m2 and 100m2, are perfect for accommodating families or small groups, with the option to rent both apartments together.

Inside the charmingly converted barn, you will find a suite dating back to 1873. This suite boasts generous dimensions and is sure to impress. It features a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, a private shower room and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a living room with a sofa bed and an extra single bed. The suite also offers a private terrace for your enjoyment. We provide a cot and high chair for families with young children.

Our Clévacances-certified cottage/guesthouse has been awarded a 3-star accreditation from the prefecture. Whether you are looking to stay for a night, a weekend, or a longer period, our accommodations offer comfort and tranquility.

The cottage comprises one bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and the necessary bed linen. We also offer a cot, high chair, and baby changing mat upon reservation. The bathroom features a shower with massage jets, and there is a separate toilet. For your convenience, we provide a local area with a washing machine, dryer, and freezer. The cottage also offers ample storage space in a large closet.

In the former stables, you will find a 45m2 space with a kitchen, bathroom, and lounge area. The lounge area includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, with bed linen provided. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and all necessary cutlery and kitchenware. Other amenities include a refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, TV, and wifi.

Please note that upon arrival, a security deposit of €500 and a cleaning fee of €150 will be required. The rental charges include 8 kW of electricity per day and water, but any excess electricity usage will incur additional charges. We also offer towel rentals for €5 per person, which includes one bath towel, one towel, and one washcloth. If you prefer, there is an option to have the cleaning done for you for an additional fee of €150.

The "Barn" duplex apartment is located on the first floor above the "Eure Team" gite. It features three bedrooms and a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. The apartment also includes a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, two toilets, and a bathroom with a shower, sink with storage, and a changing table. The living room boasts a cathedral ceiling. As with our other accommodations, we offer a cot, high chair, and baby changing mat upon reservation.
