Description for B&B:

Fréderique and Jacques were captivated by the charm of this architecturally stunning 1950s house nestled in the heart of the picturesque Minervois region. Their love for the property inspired them to transform it into a delightful guest house.

Situated on the outskirts of a historic village in the upper Minervois, and in close proximity to the medieval city of Carcassonne, the house offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding fields adorned with vineyards, olive groves, and the magnificent Alaric and Pyreneen mountains.

To ensure your stay is comfortable, we provide three climate-controlled and uniquely designed bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Alternatively, for a more romantic and unconventional accommodation experience, you can choose our authentic Prague caravan called "La bohème".

As former art gallery owners, Fréderique and Jacques will proudly showcase their collection of contemporary sculptures and artworks, offering you an insight into their passion for creativity.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a majestic magnolia tree, setting the tone for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Our expansive park also boasts towering cedar trees, inviting you to take leisurely strolls and unwind amidst nature's beauty.

For a truly authentic culinary experience, we offer a "table d'hôte" meal that combines the flavors of locally sourced produce such as foie gras, farm poultry, and fresh stream water trouts, paired with the finest wines of the Minervois and Cabardès regions.

Each of our three bedrooms is tastefully decorated according to a different theme, accommodating various numbers of guests. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.

The "Clos du Moulin" provides a private car park for our guests' convenience, and we also offer bicycles for you to explore the serene countryside roads surrounding the village.

Start your day with a delightful breakfast experience, where homemade pastries and jams are served on our terrace or in the charming veranda from 8:30 am onwards.

Description for Gite

Experience the allure of travel and escape even while stationary with our enchanting caravan. A place where your wildest dreams are not only welcomed but encouraged. Steeped in tradition and revered as a sacred space, our caravan holds a unique and respected position. In the past, caravans were ceremoniously burned upon the passing of their owners, a custom originating from India. Consequently, caravans from the early 20th century have become exceedingly rare.

Step into "The Bohème," an authentic Prague caravan from the 1920s, adorned with oiled oak paneling and adorned mirrors. Here, you will find comfort and tranquility, ensuring a truly unforgettable and magical stay. Adjacent to the caravan, a serene wooden terrace welcomes you to an adjoining chalet, equipped with modern amenities such as a bathroom with toilet facilities and a self-catering kitchenette. Nestled beneath majestic trees in the park, the Boheme caravan offers a haven of tranquility, granting you the quintessential peaceful holiday experience.
