The house offers a cozy bedroom with a comfortable 160 bed, providing a delightful view of the garden and the inviting swimming pool. You will also have access to a private bathroom, featuring a luxurious double walk-in shower, and a separate WC.

To reach Sanguinet from the A63, you need to take the A660 towards Bassin d'Arcachon. Once on the A660, exit at exit number 1, which is labeled Mios-Biscarrosse. From there, proceed towards Sanguinet while keeping the direction of Biscarrosse.
