Welcome!

I am thrilled to invite you to my recently built house in Boucau, featuring a serene and picturesque garden.

Please note that this announcement only offers rates for the months of July and August, and the prices indicated are per night, per room.

Location-wise, you will find the following nearby:
- A bus stop
- Bayonne city center and train station, just a 5-minute drive away
- Beaches, a mere 10-minute drive away
- Biarritz airport, only 20 minutes away
- Spain, a short 25-minute drive away

I would be more than happy to provide you with information about this beautiful region and assist you with any tourist information you may need to ensure the best possible stay.

*** Rooms:
Upstairs, I have three delightful and comfortable bedrooms available for your stay. Each room is fully equipped with a shower, sink, TV, and high-speed fiber internet.
- The SECRETS bedroom (Room No.1, blue) features a spacious 160 cm bed and a view of the garden.
- The DREAMS room (Room No.2, golden) offers a cozy 140 cm bed and a balcony overlooking the garden.
- The TALES room (Room No.3, grey) can be arranged with either two 80 cm beds or combined into a 160 cm bed.

The room rate is based on double occupancy (maximum of 2 people per room), and you have the option to book 1, 2, or all 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 people.

Household linen, towels, and toiletries are provided. Additionally, there is a tumble dryer and washing machine available on-site for an additional fee.

The toilets are shared, and please note that smoking is not allowed indoors (smoking area provided outside). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

*** IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Please note that the entire house is not available for rent.
- Rental during July and August requires a minimum stay of 2 nights or a full week, but it is not available for monthly rentals.
- Monthly rentals are only available from September to June.

*** Meals:
You have the option to bring your own breakfast, or you can enjoy a breakfast provided by me for an additional fee of 7 per person (reservation required). The breakfast includes coffee, tea, herbal tea or hot chocolate, rusks or brioche, butter and jam, and fruit juice. Please note that breakfast is the only meal available on-site.

*** Additional Amenities:
Enjoy the convenience of the following:
- One hour of private spa access (available for guests staying in Rooms No.1 and No.2), including a complimentary bubbly drink from the Champagne region, tea or fruit juice, and delectable treats.

*** Additional Information:
- Outdoor activities can be arranged upon request, such as Qi Gong lessons, Tai-Chi-Chuan, hikes, and surf lessons.
- Tourist guides and board games are at your disposal.
- Parking is available in front of the house for your convenience.

*** Rates: Please remember that the rental is per room, with a minimum stay of 2 nights (maximum of 2 people per room).
