The carefully furnished two-room apartment measures 30m² and comfortably accommodates four people. Situated in the peaceful center of Pornichet, it is conveniently located between the port, beaches, market, and shops. The apartment features two convertible sofas that easily transform into comfortable beds of high quality. The bathroom is recently renovated and equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, and electric dryer.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a sink providing hot and cold water, a three-burner hob/oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an electric coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, and complete cookware. Additional amenities include an iron, a vacuum cleaner, and a television.

In Pornichet, there is an extensive range of cultural, sporting, environmental, and culinary activities to choose from. Please note that household linen (sheets and towels) is not provided. A flat rate of 50 will be charged for cleaning and disinfecting the surfaces. Additionally, a deposit of 300 will be required, along with the tourist tax applicable to adults.
