Welcome to the vacation home "Bec des Etagnes" located in the charming hamlet of Bleusy, just 1.8 km outside of Haute-Nendaz in Switzerland. This ancient Valais farmhouse offers a unique and authentic experience in a quiet and picturesque setting, situated at an impressive altitude of 1400 m above sea level.

The chalet features a net living space of 65 m2 spread over two levels and can accommodate a maximum of 5 persons. The kitchen is well-equipped with a 210-liter fridge, electric stovetop with oven, 200-liter boiler, and all necessary condiments and tableware. The cozy living room includes a corner seat and dining table, club counter, closets, and carpeted floors. Entertainment options include a radio and satellite TV with all Swiss channels.

There are two bedrooms in the chalet - the first bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds and a closet, while the second bedroom on the first floor has one single bed and one double bed. Please note that access to the second bedroom is via an open wooden staircase in the attic. Bedding including molleton, blankets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided, but guests are required to bring their own bed linens and towels. Alternatively, bedclothes and bathclothes can be rented for a fee.

The chalet is heated by a communal water supply of Nendaz, and electricity usage is charged based on consumption (to be deducted from the deposit). Visitors are required to pay a tourist tax of CHF 2.50 per adult and CHF 1.25 per child (aged 6 to 16) per night.

Cleaning is the responsibility of the renter, with cleaning agents and a vacuum cleaner available for use. However, a professional cleaning service can be arranged for an additional fee of CHF 100. The rental period starts on a Saturday and has a minimum duration of 1 week (7 days). Guests are expected to conduct a self-service check-in and provide a document of acceptance. A deposit of CHF 200 is required, and please note that smoking is not allowed in the house area. Domestic animals are allowed upon request.

During the winter season, a ski bus operates every 30 minutes from the nearby bus stop to Nendaz or Siviez, providing convenient access to the ski area of the "4 vallees." In the summer season, the area offers stunning hiking opportunities in the southern part of the canton of Wallis.
