Located in a serene and tranquil setting, this property offers an uninterrupted view of the countryside from its south and south-west facing position. It is an ideal location for those seeking a peaceful and restorative retreat. The house, situated on the ground floor, spans 40 square meters and is divided into a sleeping area and a living area. The sleeping area consists of two 90 cm beds that can be combined to form a flexible 180 cm bed. The living area comprises a comfortable sofa bed and a small kitchenette. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, washing machine, and towels. Additionally, there is a separate toilet, as well as a terrace and parking facilities.
