They are conveniently located near the village center and the beach.The apartments feature a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, freezer, fridge, and washing machine. Additionally, they include amenities such as a TV, electric heating, and internet access via WiFi. Each apartment has a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a fixed individual BBQ. Private parking is available inside the residence.
Accepted forms of payment include holiday checks labeled Clévacances 1clé and Prefectural 2*. The rates for 2021/2022 are as follows:

- Low season: 260 euro/week
- June and September: 280 euro/week
