Welcome to the Villa Rosace, situated in the heart of Cerbčre, the southernmost seaside resort in France. This charming house is conveniently located just 50 meters away from the beach, shops, and the diving club. It also serves as an excellent starting point for exploring various cultural and natural attractions such as the coastal path, the path under the morning of Peyrefite, the Dali museum, and the contemporary art of Ceret.Our spacious rooms, measuring 27 square meters, feature a comfortable double bed, a shower room, a toilet, a kitchenette, and either a terrace or a balcony. To ensure your utmost convenience, bed linen and towels are provided.
Additionally, the Villa Rosace offers a range of facilities for your enjoyment and relaxation. Take advantage of our large reception room, cozy TV lounge, and well-stocked library. For guests traveling with bicycles or motorcycles, we provide a secure garage.

Directions
To reach Perpignan, drive along the A9 motorway (also known as the Catalan). From there, proceed on the D914 in the direction of Argeles sur mer. Continue along the coastal road until you reach Cerbčre. Finally, you will find the Villa Rosace situated behind the church.
