The kitchen and living room are communal areas, while I have my own designated space on the first floor. Additionally, there is a convenient cellar equipped with a washing machine and ample storage space for your belongings such as suitcases, surfboards, and bicycles.

Additionally, you can relax in the cozy lounge area, which is situated close to your bedroom and includes a selection of books and a connected TV.

The kitchen, veranda, and garden are shared spaces, as I have my own area on the first floor. I would be delighted to meet you there and engage in conversation, enjoy a meal together, or simply have a drink. The kitchen is well-equipped and provides ample cupboard space. For your convenience, I also provide some basic food items for quick arrivals, making it easy for you to settle in.

In the mornings, you can indulge in an organic and locally sourced breakfast, as I strive to prepare everything myself and minimize waste. The living room offers a variety of entertainment options, including books, family games, writer activities, hi-fi music, and a connected TV. Additionally, I provide internet access throughout the entire house.

Directions

I reside on High Quimper, which is conveniently located near the train station. It's just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. If I am available, I can even pick you up from there!

If you plan on arriving by car, my home is in the Ergue-Armel Area, in the southeast part of town. Feel free to contact me via phone, and I'll provide you with guidance if your GPS decides to take a holiday too!
