Situated in close proximity to the internationally renowned climbing sites of "Dame Jouanne" and "Les Trois Pignons," this charming accommodation is also conveniently positioned just 12 km from Fontainebleau, Nemours, and Milly la Forêt.

On the first floor, guests will find three cozy bedrooms, each equipped with their own private shower rooms. Downstairs, there is a spacious 27 m2 room that is exclusively available for guests, furnished with a mini fridge, sink, and microwave for added convenience.

In the mornings, guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and Table d'Hôtes in the hosts' living room, which features a beautiful bay window. In addition to the farmhouse, the hosts also manage a country gite for up to 4 guests on the property.

For the comfort of guests, the hosts are fluent in English and there is a private car park available. Please note that pets are not accepted at this accommodation.

Situated 12 km from Fontainebleau, Nemours, and Milly la Forêt, this renovated farmhouse, which dates back to before the French Revolution, is attached to the landlord's house. The property is conveniently close to two internationally renowned climbing sites, namely "Dame Jouanne" and "Les Trois Pignons."

Inside, the gite offers a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace and a television, providing the perfect space to relax. The fully equipped American kitchen allows guests to prepare their meals with ease. There are two comfortable bedrooms and a well-appointed shower room with a toilet.

Your hosts are fluent in English and are ready to assist you throughout your stay. The gite also provides a private car park for your convenience. Please note that pets are not permitted on the premises.

Directions

To reach the destination, which is 12 km South-West of Fontainebleau, you have several options:

By Car:
1. If you are coming from the A6 Motorway, take Exit N°14 called "Ury - Malesherbes". Then, turn right onto N152 towards Orléans. Drive for approximately 3 km until you reach La Chapelle la Reine.
2. If you are starting from Fontainebleau, head towards the "Obélisque round-about". From there, take the N152 towards Orléans and continue driving for approximately 12 km until you reach La Chapelle la Reine.
Once you arrive in La Chapelle la Reine, at the second traffic light on N152 (driving towards Orléans), make a left turn onto D16 towards "Nemours-Larchant". Afterward, take the second road on your left. The destination, Le Clos du Tertre, is located at N°6 on the "Chemin des Vallées".

By Train:
The Saint-Pierre les Nemours Train Station is 12 km away from the destination. If arranged in advance, your hosts may be able to pick you up from this train station. Alternatively, the Fontainebleau Train Station is 15 km away.

By Air:
If you are arriving by air, Orly Airport is approximately 60 km away from the destination, while Charles de Gaulle Airport is approximately 100 km away.
