OUR ACCOMMODATION
The main house provides four bedrooms and a dormitory, while the recently restored bakery can comfortably accommodate a family or small group of four. This charming detached home has a south-facing terrace that overlooks a pond, ensuring it is bathed in sunlight throughout the day. La Lipomerie offers lodgings suitable for small groups, ensuring our guests' privacy and creating a rewarding stay.

OUR AMENITIES
During your stay, we can cater to some of your needs. We provide linens, toiletries, groceries, opportunities for fruit and vegetable picking, access to aromatic herbs, and fresh eggs from our hens. When in season, we also offer the chance to pick apples, harvest honey, and witness sheep shearing. Moreover, we have board games, bicycles, children's toys, patio furniture, a barbecue, and a swimming pool for your enjoyment.

LA PETITE MAISON: THE OLD BAKERYIdeal for up to four people, this charming little retreat features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds. The house can accommodate either 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Enjoy the abundant sunshine on the terrace, furnished with patio furniture and a barbecue.
Minimum stay is 2 nights, with an additional housekeeping fee of 50 euros.
Weekend rates: 175 euros per night
Weekday rates: 120 euros per night

LA BERGERIE: THE SHEEPFOLD
Perfect for up to four people, this cozy upstairs apartment features a private entrance and offers a small living room, two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a bathroom with a shower, and an additional single bed on the landing. It can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and one child. Breakfast is included with a minimum rental period of 2 nights.

If coming from Deauville, the drive will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
If coming from Le Havre, the drive will also take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
By train:
If traveling on the Paris Montparnasse-Granville line, you can stop at either Surdon (15 minutes) or l'Aigle (25 minutes).
By bike:
For cycling enthusiasts, the La Veloscénie bike path connects Paris to Mont-Saint-Michel, passing through Le Perche. More information can be found on the Veloscénie website, as well as on the site for Voie Verte Alençon-Condé-sur-Huisne. Another option is to combine train and bike by taking the Paris-LeMans line or going through Granville. In this case, you can get off at the Condé station, which provides direct access to the Voie Verte.
