Location: The port of Paimpol is only a 5-minute drive away, and the forest is just 50 million steps away, perfect for hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking. The beautiful beach and estuary of Trieux are only 3 km away, and the boat to the enchanting island of Bréhat is just a quick 10-minute trip. Tréguier is a short 15-minute drive, and within 20 minutes, you can reach the departmental park of the castle of Roche Jagu and the stunning pink granite coast.There are numerous beaches to explore, including Paimpol, Loguivy, Brehec, and Ploubazlanec, as well as many attractions in the area such as Beauport Abbey, the GR 34 hiking trail, the remarkable groove Talbert, and beautiful gardens. Additionally, St Malo, Brest, and Rennes are all within a 1.5-hour drive.
This recently built house features a modern wood frame and comes fully equipped. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room of 35 m2 with a comfortable seating and dining area, as well as an open kitchen with all necessary appliances. There is also a convenient cloakroom and a separate toilet. The large bay window opens up to a sunny south-facing terrace of 20 m2 and a lovely garden surrounded by wooded slopes. For your convenience, there is a computer with internet access via wifi and a CPL outlet.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a double wardrobe, and a spacious desk. There is also another bedroom with a unique "coin" bed (120 cm), a single bed, and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, storage cabinets, and towels. Additional sleeping arrangements include a sofa/bed and a baby bed.
The minimum stay is 2 nights during the off-season, and during high summer, bookings are for full weeks from Saturday to Saturday. Water and electricity costs are additional and are based on meter readings (approximately 20 per week for 4 people with average consumption).
We warmly welcome well-behaved and leashed dogs (please note that cats and horses are located nearby).

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room of 35 m2, comprising a comfortable seating area, a dining area, and an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. Additionally, there is a cloakroom and a WC on this floor. The living room boasts a large bay window that overlooks a south-facing terrace of 20 m2, a beautiful garden, and a lawn surrounded by wooded slopes. You will also have access to a computer with internet connection via both wifi and CPL outlet.Moving on to the upper floor, you will find two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed (140 cm), a spacious wardrobe, and a large office space. The second bedroom offers a unique sleeping arrangement with a "coin" bed (120 cm) and a single bed, as well as another wardrobe. A bathroom is conveniently located on this floor, equipped with a shower, sink, cupboards, and towel storage. Extra sleeping accommodations are available in the form of a sofa bed and a baby bed.
Please note that during the high summer season, we only accept full week bookings from Saturday to Saturday. During the rest of the year, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required. Water and electricity charges will be calculated based on individual meter readings and will be an additional cost. On average, this amounts to approximately 20€ per week for a party of 4 people.
Well-behaved dogs are accepted on the property, as long as they are quiet, clean, well-trained, and kept on a leash. Please be aware that there are cats and horses in the immediate vicinity.
