Situated halfway between the picturesque coast and the renowned Puy du Fou, our Country retreat offers a spacious living area of 135m², accommodating up to 4 people. Set on a vast 9-hectare estate, this former guard house, separate from the 16th-century main house, was lovingly restored in 2005, preserving its historic charm with its stone walls and exposed beams. Experience the perfect blend of comfort and modernity in this delightful accommodation. We are proud to hold the prestigious clévacances label, with a rating of 3 keys, and have been recognized by the Tourism and Handicap label under Ref 85 and MS 2087.Reviews

Directions
To reach Rocheservière, which is located halfway between Nantes (44) and La Roche sur Yon (85), take the MONTAIGU-Chollet-A83 route. Once on the route, proceed towards Sauviniere. As you approach the village, you will notice Rocheservière on your right, just outside the village. Look for signs indicating the way and take the second entrance to the village, which will be on your left.
