Located in a serene corner of paradise, this loft conversion in a typical Ardèche farmhouse is the perfect retreat for two people. Available for rent from April to October 2022, La Grange d ArtDèche is a beautifully renovated 50 m2 barn, blending contemporary art and trendy decor with authentic charm. The space features a kitchen area, sleeping area, living room, bathroom, and separate toilet, as well as a spacious terrace and garden that offer privacy and tranquility.Nestled at the back of our restored farmhouse, with its own entrance and no neighbors in sight, this loft is surrounded by nature and a peaceful ambiance. Situated on a rarely frequented path, it is an ideal starting point for breathtaking hikes, with the mountain and forest just steps away. Additionally, the property is conveniently located near three rivers, offering endless opportunities for outdoor activities.
Inside the loft, you will find a well-equipped kitchen area with a fridge, electric hob, and multifunction oven. The sleeping area boasts a comfortable 180 bed with stunning mountain views, while the lounge area invites you to unwind on the sofa and enjoy satellite TV. The shower room is complemented by a separate WC.
Outside, the private terrace and garden provide a tranquil space to relax and soak up the natural surroundings. Just a two-minute drive away, the village of Saint Martin de Valamas offers all the amenities you may need, including shops, bars, grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, doctors, and a pharmacy.
