The property also boasts a beautiful and spacious 150 m² beach area with sun umbrellas and comfortable cushions, surrounded by marble stone balusters.

The cottage has its own independent private garden with an outdoor table and barbecue, perfect for enjoying alfresco meals. It is situated in a quiet residential area under the shade of pine trees and olive trees, in the hinterland north of Grasse Cannes. This location offers a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxation. The cottage is bright and sunny, with a southwest-facing private garden that spans 300 m². It is completely independent and provides a tranquil retreat.

There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the surrounding area, including golf, horse riding, trips to the beach, visits to nearby Lake St Cassian (Var), hiking, exploring charming Provencal villages, trying your luck at the casino, catching a movie, attending festivals, or visiting Marineland.

The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a 4-ring hob, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a coffee maker, a drying rack, a high chair, and a baby bath. Additional furniture and amenities can be provided upon request, such as a table and chairs, a sofa bed, a television, and more.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe, while the second bedroom has bunk beds and a cupboard.
