"Welcome to our comfortable apartments equipped with amenities such as TV, TNT, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and wireless Internet. For your convenience, each room also includes a personal safe. Located just 100 yards away from the bus stop, our property also offers free bikes and is surrounded by shops. Within a short 3-minute walk, you can access the subway, railway station, and airport shuttle. Our rates for a one-week stay are as follows: 340 Q1 for a 30m2 apartment, 400 T2 for a 40m2 apartment, and 460 T2bis for a spacious 60m2 apartment. Additionally, a final cleaning service is available at a cost of 60.

We offer optional services such as bed linen rental for 20 per bed, garage parking for 6 per night, catered meals, and in-house beauty and hairdressing services. To secure your reservation, we accept payment via cheque, bank transfer, or cash, with a 30% deposit required. If you are coming by train, the residence RIAD is just a 3-minute walk from the train station. If you prefer to travel by car, Toulouse has direct motorway links to major capitals in both Europe North and South. The A61 motorway connects to Carcassonne, Montpellier, and Barcelona. The A62 motorway connects to Montauban, Agen, Bordeaux, Limoges, and Paris. The A64 motorway connects to Foix, Lourdes, Bayonne, and San Sebastian. The A68 motorway connects to Lavaur and Albi. Lastly, the A66 motorway connects to Pamiers, Foix, and Andorra.

If you are coming by plane, the Toulouse Blagnac airport is just a 15-20 minute taxi ride from downtown. It takes approximately 30 minutes. Alternatively, there is a shuttle bus that goes to the train station, which is a 3-minute walk from the Riad residence. The shuttle bus round trip fare is €4, and €6 for a return ticket.
