The studio is conveniently located near a beautiful park and swimming pool. There is a bus stop just 10 meters away, and a bakery and fruit/vegetable/meat merchant on the same street. The city center and shops are within walking distance. Situated in the suburbs, there are no worries about parking or traffic. The A75 (Paris, Montpellier) motorway is easily accessible, just 2 km away. Parking is available in front of the studio, and there is also the option to rent a garage for an additional 5 euros per day.
