Description for B&B:
Come and unwind in the beautiful region of Sud-Goëlo, known for its stunning sandy beaches and opportunities for sea excursions or hikes along the GR34 coastal pathways. Immerse yourself in the authentic Brittany experience, surrounded by rugged landscapes and a rich coastal history. Our well-traveled Anglo-French family extends a warm welcome and offers double, triple rooms, or family suites that can accommodate up to 6 people. Each room is equipped with a small lounge area, television, and Wi-Fi access. In total, we have 3 family suites or 6 rooms, providing accommodation for approximately 15 guests. Our Pierre Loti Suite consists of two large rooms, La Bleue and La Rose, which can accommodate up to 6 people. These rooms share a spacious modern shower room located between or next to them. You can book them together as a family suite, ensuring privacy for your group. Alternatively, if only one room is booked, the other room remains unoccupied, allowing you to have the bathroom exclusively for your use.
We also have the Maisonnette and another 2-room suite called Nid d'Amour, which can accommodate up to 5 people. The Maisonnette features an upstairs bedroom with a large double bed and a single bed, as well as a downstairs lounge that can be converted into a comfortable double bedroom. This suite has a modern shower bathroom on the ground floor, making it convenient for those who prefer to avoid stairs. It has a private entrance and a table with chairs in our courtyard garden for you to enjoy the outdoors.
Our Rousseau-La Perouse family suite consists of a double bedroom called La Chambre Verte, usually prepared with 2 single beds (or with an additional 3rd single bed upon request), and another bedroom called La Chambre Marine with a large double bed and a TV. This suite has a functional private bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Situated on the second floor, you will have the entire floor to yourselves. It is perfect for families, friends, or couples who only book one room.
We frequently accommodate tourists, business travelers, walkers, or cyclists who take breaks along the GR34 or the coast. We also often host large groups who book multiple rooms. In low season, prices start at 55 euros for one person, 65 euros for a couple, 75 euros for three people sharing a room, or 85 euros per night for a 2-room suite/maisonnette, including breakfast. Please inquire or refer to our price table for rates during mid or high seasons. We offer the option of evening meals, allowing you to share moments together while enjoying Breton, French, or international cuisine. Our menus range from 15 to 35 euros per person, including drinks. We frequently incorporate organic fruits or vegetables from our garden and use local produce. Upon request and subject to availability, you may use our family kitchen to prepare occasional meals or utilize the tea/coffee facilities in the guest rooms. Additionally, we have a fully equipped summer kitchen in our large garden, complete with fridges for each suite/room, a gas cooker/oven, microwave, and a gas BBQ.

Conveniently located approximately 400m from the village center, our house is only a 15-minute walk (900m) to the nearest beach or the famous GR34 coastal pathway. Several other sandy beaches are a short 2-5 minute drive away. Throughout the year, the local area hosts numerous tourist activities and traditional festivals that showcase regional specialties, such as scallops, cod, chestnuts, Breton dancing, sailors' songs, and Celtic music. You can truly enjoy a wonderful vacation, immersing yourself in the harmonious blend of land, sea, nature, and the rich cultural heritage of Brittany.
We are also situated between two other captivating regions of North Brittany, namely the Emerald Coast and the Pink Granite Coast, both reachable by car in approximately 25-45 minutes, depending on your destination. Additionally, interesting towns like Rennes and Saint Malo are just 1.15 hours away, while Mont Saint Michel is 1.30 hours away. We highly recommend visiting the lovely Island of Bréhat, the first registered national heritage natural site in France, accessible by boat from either Binic or Saint Quay Portrieux, both of which are very close to our home.
