This is a description of a room on the ground floor of the owner's house, measuring 20 m2. It is located in a quiet residential area and has a completely independent entrance and a private terrace with a garden. There is also a parking space in front of the house. The room has a 140 cm bed and can accommodate an additional 90 cm folding bed or a baby cot upon request.There is a small office room with a toilet attached to the room. Additionally, the room offers amenities such as Freeview TV, WIFI internet access, and free breakfast service either in the room or on the terrace.
The room includes several comfort elements such as internet access, provided linen and towels, and a color TV.
The room can be accessed easily via the train station in Montrabé, as well as the nearby metro, bus, and tram station Balma-Gramont.
