We have 4 guest rooms with a separate entrance, all facing the pool (measuring 8 x 4 meters).The first room is designed for 2 people and features a wood stove in the living room, a bathroom with a spa bath, and a separate WC.
The second room is a duplex family room that can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a grand wood stove in the bedroom, a bathroom with a toilet, and a hydro shower.
The third room, called the green room, is suitable for 3 persons and has a bathroom with a tub and a toilet.
The fourth room, located upstairs, is perfect for 2 people. It offers a bathroom with a hydro shower and a steam room, as well as a separate WC.
Additionally, we provide a lounge area for our guests, complete with a corner kitchenette, fridge, and dishwasher. There is also a picnic area with a barbecue available for use.
Start your day with a hearty breakfast made from local organic produce, which can be enjoyed on the terrace or by the fire, depending on the season. We also offer wellness services, including massages, to enhance your holiday experience.
Many hiking trails begin right at the Mill, allowing you to explore the abundant flora and fauna. We provide binoculars, a magnifying glass, and literature to aid in your exploration.

Directions
To reach St Jean d'Alcas, which is located 30 km south of Millau on the Albi axis (D992), follow these directions: From the A75 motorway, take exit 47 (Roquefort / St Affrique), which is approximately a 20-minute drive away. After exiting, proceed towards the village of St Jean d'Alcas. Drive through the village and continue for another 2 km until you reach a winding road. Descend this road until you reach a paved parking lot, which is located just before the creek.
