Augustin's spacious house offers all the necessary comforts for a group of 8 to 16 people. The highlight of the house is the large living room located under the roof, where Augustin will set up a generous dining table and provide two convertible sofas for additional seating. Additionally, guests can take advantage of three bathrooms, three fully equipped kitchens, three separate bedrooms, and two more convertible sofas.The kitchens are stocked with essential appliances such as a refrigerator with a freezer section, microwave oven, mini-oven, ceramic hob, kettles, electric and French press coffee makers, and teapots. The kitchens also provide complete crockery, kitchen equipment, corkscrew, scissors, knives, cutting boards, serving dishes, oven-safe dishes, salad bowls, cups, mugs, and more. In total, there are 18 chairs available for guests.
The large living room includes two convertible sofas measuring 140 × 190, two armchairs, a television with TNT channels, and a reliable WI-FI connection. Guests will also find a table and six chairs, along with an additional table that can be used to create a larger dining space. For the little ones, there is a school desk equipped with various games.
The sleeping arrangements cater to a group of 16 people, with two separate bedrooms featuring 140 × 190 beds, and a bridal room offering a 140 × 190 bed along with two 90 × 190 beds. Additionally, there are four double sofa beds available, and an extra bed can be provided if necessary.
Each bathroom is equipped with a 90 × 90 shower, a sink, an individual water heater, a shelf, and a hairdryer. Guests can also request an iron, ironing board, cot, or an extra bed measuring 80 × 190.

If you are arriving by car, you have the option to park at the Italiens car park and take a free shuttle bus that will bring you closer to the accommodation. Both the shuttle service and parking are free of charge.
Alternatively, you can park at the Les Halles car park, which is a 3-minute walk from the accommodation. Please note that there is a fee for parking at this location: 5 euros from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and 1.60 euros per hour for the rest of the day.
If you prefer to park elsewhere and drop off your luggage, you can follow these directions: take the rue "Thiers," then turn right onto the rue "Paul Sain" until you reach the rue du "Portail Matheron." From there, you will only be 50 meters away from the accommodation.
