Augustin's spacious house offers all the necessary comforts for a group of 8 to 16 people. The highlight of the house is the large living room located under the roof, where Augustin will set up a generous dining table and provide two convertible sofas for additional seating. Additionally, guests can take advantage of three bathrooms, three fully equipped kitchens, three separate bedrooms, and two more convertible sofas.

The kitchens are stocked with essential appliances such as a refrigerator with a freezer section, microwave oven, mini-oven, ceramic hob, kettles, electric and French press coffee makers, and teapots. The kitchens also provide complete crockery, kitchen equipment, corkscrew, scissors, knives, cutting boards, serving dishes, oven-safe dishes, salad bowls, cups, mugs, and more. In total, there are 18 chairs available for guests.

The large living room includes two convertible sofas measuring 140 × 190, two armchairs, a television with TNT channels, and a reliable WI-FI connection. Guests will also find a table and six chairs, along with an additional table that can be used to create a larger dining space. For the little ones, there is a school desk equipped with various games.
