We have a lovely little cottage available for rent in a charming hamlet located in Roussac, a town just 30 minutes away from Limoges and 15 minutes from Bellac. The cottage is situated near Lac de St Pardoux, offering opportunities for beach visits, water sports, and exploring the local country market.This recently restored cottage exudes authenticity and features a private terrace, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a kitchen that opens onto the garden, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine and two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people and even has space for a toddler, providing a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
Surrounded by numerous pathways, guests can take leisurely walks or bike rides to enjoy the picturesque countryside. The cottage is available for rent throughout the year, and specific dates can be arranged with the owners who live nearby. Whether you prefer a week-long stay or a weekend getaway, we can accommodate your needs.
As for pricing, we offer the following options:
- July/August: €300 per week
- Other months: €250 per week
- Throughout the year: €45 per night for two people, including a small breakfast.

You can easily reach our location by taking the A20 motorway, which is just 30 minutes north of Limoges. Alternatively, if you are coming from Bellac, it will only take you 15 minutes to reach us.
