GITEThis GITE is a traditional Alsatian house with a total area of 120 m2 spread across 2 levels. It is situated in the owner's courtyard and can comfortably accommodate 4 to 5 people, with the possibility of accommodating up to 6 people upon request.
On the ground floor, you will find an integrated kitchen, a spacious living room, a dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, washbasin, and bidet. There is also a separate toilet for convenience.
The upper floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet, as well as a room with laundry facilities and a washing machine.
To ensure a hassle-free stay, the beds are made upon your arrival. Please note that for the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Additionally, Wi-Fi access is available.
The rental price for this GITE varies between 450 and 500 Euros per week, depending on the season, and includes all expenses. A tourist tax of 0.90 Euros per night and per adult person is not included.
Conveniently located between Strasbourg and Colmar, and surrounded by the Vosges Mountains and the Black Forest, this accommodation is an ideal starting point for exploring the gastronomy and tourist attractions of Alsace. It is situated just 2 km from the A35 motorway and 6 km from the Alsace Wine Route.
During the festive season from the end of November to the end of December, you will have the opportunity to visit the famous Christmas Markets.
