On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave oven and dishwasher. There is also a cozy lounge area with comfortable sofas and armchairs, as well as a bathroom with a toilet. The ground floor also features a bedroom with a queen-sized bed (140cm).

Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed (140cm), while the second bedroom has two single beds (90cm each). There is also a separate toilet on the first floor. Additionally, there is the option to rent bed sheets, towels, and tea towels for your convenience.

To travel from Montech to Beaumont de Lomagne on road D928, take the left-hand side towards Saint Sardos (look for the road sign indicating "gite de France"). Follow this small road for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the first house on the right, which is the gote.
