This spacious house, originally a Benedictine living, has been welcoming guests since June 2007. Nestled in the heart of the historical neighborhood, just below the saint Agnan bell tower, this idyllic dwelling offers five guest rooms. The house opens up to a beautiful garden with enchanting views of the Loire river and the Sancerrois mounts. Guests can easily access the garden from the first floor.Once settled in, guests can take leisurely strolls around the town and indulge in delicious meals at the nearby restaurants. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated, creating an intimate and cozy atmosphere. All rooms are equipped with a king-size bed, private bathroom, and toilet. Guests are invited to relax in the sitting-room and library located in the heart of the house.
Weather permitting, breakfast is served in the garden. The fifth room, known as the "bellfry room," offers a private entrance to the garden and a large vaulted bathroom with a spacious balneotub. From May to September, guests can also enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool.

Take the A77 motorway towards the southern direction of Paris and exit at number 23, which is labeled as "Cosne sud." From there, continue following the signs that indicate "centre ville." You will eventually come across the first church on your left-hand side.
