Our hostel, Belvédère de Mallet, is situated in Fridefont, a charming town in the Cantal region of Auvergne. Our rooms offer stunning panoramic views of the Grandval Dam reservoir, and we also have a dining room and terrace for your enjoyment.

Each of our rooms features a private bathroom with a television. We have two family rooms that also include a small private lounge. Upon request, we can provide complimentary WiFi access.

The Cantal region, with its beautiful mountains and water, offers a range of activities for you to enjoy. These include hiking, water sports at the nearby sailing base, a beach just 500 meters away, and fishing at the pier. You can also visit museums and enjoy a peaceful meal at our restaurant, which offers panoramic views of Lake Mallet.

If you're looking for relaxation, our location between Garabit and Chaudes Aigues allows you to indulge in spa treatments and wellness experiences.

We are happy to accommodate families with babies by providing a cot upon request. Additionally, we offer free parking and accept pets. Children under 3 years old stay for free, and families with children under 12 years old can enjoy reduced rates on our rooms.
