- An entrance area with a spacious wall cupboard, washing machine, ironing board, and iron.
- A living room with a retractable bed for two (140x195) and a sofa bed (140x200), along with a dining area.
- A kitchen area equipped with a large fridge/freezer, hob, combi oven/microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
- A bathroom with a toilet and a walk-in shower (140x80).
- A designated parking space.
Conveniently located at the edge of cycle paths, this studio is only 2 km away from the town center, which offers a vibrant market and various shopping centers.
You can choose to rent this studio on a weekly basis or for a minimum of 2 nights. Please note that the adult tourist tax must be paid on-site according to the current rates. Cleaning services are not included, and bed sheets and household linen are not provided. Additionally, a mandatory accommodation deposit of 300/stay is required. Please kindly note that no animals are allowed, and smoking is prohibited. Rest assured, the studio undergoes thorough disinfection between each rental to ensure a safe and clean environment.
