The single-level house is surrounded by tall trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere. You will have access to a private garden equipped with a relaxing area, as well as a table and chairs for enjoying meals outdoors. There is also a barbecue available for your use. Whether you are traveling by bicycle, motorbike, or car, you can safely park your vehicle in a private car park.Inside the house, there are three bedrooms for your comfort. The first bedroom is a suite, featuring a 160-sized bed, a private shower room, and a separate toilet. This room also has a direct exit to the garden through a French window. The remaining two bedrooms share a bathroom and a separate toilet. One of these bedrooms has a 140-sized bed, while the other has two 90-sized beds.
The living room and kitchen are spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen includes a stove with an oven, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a fondue set. Each bedroom can be rented separately, with a shared kitchen available for all guests.

To reach our house, take the A77 and exit at Nevers. Our house is situated north of the Loire River, in the direction of the Bérégovoy Hospital and the Lycée Alain Colas.
