Les Hirondelles is a charming farmhouse that has been recently remodeled, located in a quaint hamlet just a short 5-minute drive from the Circuit Val de Vienne. This delightful accommodation offers three comfortable bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature cozy double beds, while the remaining bedroom has twin beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom attached. Guests are invited to relax in the lounge area, equipped with English and French TV channels, as well as complimentary WiFi. This charming farmhouse has recently been renovated and is located in the serene countryside of Vienne, within the Poitou Charente department. Known for its unique micro-climate, this area boasts the second highest amount of sunshine in France. The gite offers three comfortable rooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds, all of which have their own private bathrooms. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. The cozy lounge is tastefully furnished with sofas, chairs, and a flat-screen TV with both English and French channels. Stay connected with free WiFi throughout the property. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary crockery and cutlery. If you are coming from the north, start by taking the D741 road from Poitiers towards Confolens. When you reach the junction marked "Le Vigeant/LIsle Jourdain" (the D10), turn left and then take the first left marked "La Brunetiere, Viviers, St Martin LArs". Keep following this road for a little less than 1km, and you will arrive at the hamlet of Viviers. Take the first right, and our house will be the third one on the right.
