Welcome to our charming gite with breathtaking views! This cozy living space is surrounded by nature, offering an orientation on three sides: east, north, and west. With a total area of 65m², plus a 9m² loggia on the ground floor, there is ample room for relaxation and enjoyment.To ensure comfort throughout your stay, we have installed floor heating, perfect for those cooler mountain evenings. Situated at an altitude of 860m, you will experience a truly tranquil environment.
Upon arrival, you will have your own private entrance on the ground floor, as well as convenient private parking. The living room features a spacious dining area and a comfortable seating area complete with a color TV, DVD player, and radio/CD player. The pine furniture adds a touch of rustic charm, and the wood-burning fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric hob, electric oven, toaster, and all the necessary dishes for your culinary needs. Sleeping arrangements consist of one room with a double bed (140cm) and another room with three single beds (90cm). Each bed is adorned with a comforter and blanket for a restful night's sleep.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, and WC. Additionally, you can enjoy the stunning lake and Embrun views from the 6m² loggia, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or a good book.
Outside, we have a designated area with games for children, garden furniture for al fresco dining, an individual barbecue for those summer cookouts, and even ball games to keep everyone entertained.
