It is suitable for two adults and does not allow pets. The cottage includes a PC with ADSL internet, DVDs, and music for entertainment. It is located in a very peaceful area. The gite consists of one bedroom, one bathroom with a shower, a TV lounge, a kitchen with a washing machine, oven, and microwave. There is also a shaded terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as a veranda with a wicker lounge. The garden includes a hard pool measuring 8x4m and 1.50m deep, which is shared with the owners. The gite also has a closed parking area for vehicles. It is conveniently located 200 meters away from all local businesses. The town of Wednesday is 25km away (code blue).St Martin de Crau is a charming Provençal village situated in a region full of tourist attractions including Les Baux de Provence, Saint Remy de Provence, the Luberon, Arles, the Camargue, and the sea which is 35km away. The gite is close to the city center and shops, located in a quiet residential area. It is fully equipped with a lounge area, an open kitchen, and a covered terrace with a barbecue overlooking the tiled pool. The outside area features olive trees, grass, and space for swimming and sunbathing. The property also has automatic watering, a private parking area, and a safe. Sheets and towels are provided, and the beds are made prior to your arrival. Refreshments are also provided. Additional cleaning services are available for an extra charge of 65 euros, and a security deposit of 130 euros is required.
