This ground floor rental offers complete privacy and independence, spanning over 60 m².The cottage features a cozy living room-kitchen, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a separate toilet, and a modern bathroom. Additionally, there is a lovely terrace and a spacious garden spanning 1500 m².
The rental is equipped with a wide range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. These include a TV, DVD player, free wifi, radio with CD and USB capabilities, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with cutlery, cooking utensils, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, and fridge freezer. There is also a kettle, washing machine, dryer, and electric heating for added convenience.
Outdoor facilities include garden furniture and a swing, with private parking available.

Directions
Take the RN165 and take the Coat Conq exit. Proceed towards Benodet. Pass through Fouesnant and continue straight. After leaving the town of Fouesnant, continue for 4.2 km towards Benodet, following the gendarmerie. Look out for the sign that says "Antiquités Brocante" and turn right onto Kermine road. The cottage will be located on the left side, approximately 1.2 km ahead.
