The Clôt de Roques estate is located in the picturesque Lot Valley, in the South-West region of France. Situated near the charming villages of Villeneuve-sur-Lot and Casseneuil, this domain is surrounded by the scenic Sône, Lède, and Lot rivers. The area is known for its historic 15th century houses, a church classified as a Historic Monument, and a beautiful green lane.Spanning across 8 hectares of fields and orchards, the property features a restored farmhouse where horses and ponies graze peacefully. Behind the farmhouse, there are four cozy and inviting cottages, each offering a unique capacity and ensuring privacy for all guests. These accommodations provide access to an enclosed aquatic area, which includes two swimming pools. One of the pools is heated, while the other features a balneo space for relaxation.
The cottages range in size from 40 to 75 square meters, providing ample space for guests to unwind and enjoy their stay. The enclosed swimming pool measures 11 meters by 5 meters and is heated based on weather conditions. Additionally, there is a balneo swimming pool measuring 3 meters by 6 meters, with a depth of 1 meter, which is open from April to September.
In addition to the aquatic facilities, the estate offers various recreational activities. Guests can enjoy swings under the shade of trees, a ping-pong table, a bowling alley, and a volleyball and badminton court. There is also a soccer field available for those who enjoy a friendly game.
