Welcome to our majestic 19th-century mansion, situated at the crossroads of three regions and three departments (A lot, Allier, Nièvre) and just 10km away from the Nevers Magny-Cours racing circuit. We offer five guest rooms that can accommodate up to 11 people comfortably. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom and toilet. Nestled in the countryside on a spacious 2-hectare estate, we provide a cozy living room and a dining area for your convenience. Families with infants can avail themselves of amenities such as a baby bed, high chair, and bathtub. Our establishment is proudly recognized by the Gîte de France with a 3-ear rating. The price for a night's stay for two people, including breakfast, is €56. Additionally, we offer a unique room measuring 35 m2 with a bubble bathtub for €65 per night, including breakfast for two, or €76 for three people. nous sommes un couple de retraités Belges et profitons des bonnes choses que notre santé le permet tout particulièrement les escapades plusieurs fois par an dans des gites et chambres d'hotes de grande qualité.C'est ce que nous avons découvert en juin au Champendu étape sur notre itinéraire vers l'Aveyron. Que du bonheur tout simplement!

Nous avons passé une nuit sur place, séjour bref mais suffisant pour apprécier la gentillesse, la disponibilité et le sens de l'accueil de la propriétaire. La demeure est très belle, et pleine de caractère, c'est un vrai havre de paix. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable et le petit déjeuner copieux et de bonne qualité nous a permis de bien commencer la journée. Champendu est un endroit charmant, on sent l'amour que lui portent ses propriétaires et cela contribue au plaisir du séjour. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir très bientôt !
Directions
To reach our house from Nevers, follow the route towards Sermoise/Chevenon. Once you pass Chevenon, continue on to Luthenay-Uxeloup. Keep going straight until you reach Bruyères Radon, then take a right towards Azy le Vif. After driving for about two kilometers, make a left turn and then another left after 30 meters. Our house will be located 500 meters ahead.
