Our cozy cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Nestled in the tranquility of a small hamlet in the beautiful south Vendee region, this rustic cottage has been meticulously restored to its original charm. With exposed local stone walls, wooden beams, and wooden floors, the cottage exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere. Furnished with antique French country style furniture, it boasts both comfort and tastefulness.The ground floor features a spacious living room with a fireplace, a kitchen and dining area, a bathroom and separate washroom, a utility room, and a double bedroom with an en suite shower room (bed measuring 1.60m wide). Upstairs, there is another double bedroom (bed measuring 1.40m wide) and a mezzanine bedroom with two beds (each measuring 1.20m wide).
The cottage offers a range of amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. These include a satellite TV with English, German, Dutch, Spanish, and Italian channels, as well as a French TV. There are also two DVD players, a VCR, a telephone, and a selection of games, DVDs, and video cassettes. Additionally, free WiFi internet access is available throughout the cottage.
The fully fitted kitchen boasts modern facilities and is well-equipped with crockery, cutlery, and an abundance of utensils. It includes a kettle, dishwasher, ceramic hobs, microwave oven, full-sized oven, fridge, freezer, and washing machine.
To enhance your relaxation and enjoyment, the cottage offers a private garden, a stone patio with comfortable garden furniture, and a spacious outdoor dining area complete with a purpose-built chimney-barbecue.
Bathroom towels, house linen, and bed linen are provided, and all beds are made prior to your arrival. Upon request, a cot, highchair, and baby bath can also be provided for your convenience.
