Nestled near the main square, the property sits on a closed 400m² plot of beautifully manicured lawn.The ground floor of the house features a spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen complete with an oven, grill, microwave, pressure cooker, and dishwasher. A bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a sink, is also available. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and ironing facilities. The cozy lounge area offers a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two people, along with a TV for entertainment.
Upstairs, you will find a charming bedroom with a double bed, as well as a baby bed for added convenience. There are also two mezzanines, one with a single sofa bed and the other with a double bed, providing additional sleeping arrangements.
For outdoor relaxation and dining, a spacious 30m² terrace awaits you, complete with a barbecue and comfortable garden furniture sets. If you're a cycling enthusiast, there is also a convenient bicycle storage area.
