We offer a delightful Bed & Breakfast experience in our charming Guest house, complete with air conditioning. Our accommodation includes a suite with two rooms and a separate guest room. Please note that during the summer vacation rental period, this suite will not be available (priority is given to vacation rentals in the summer; however, please check for availability on our "news" page on our website).Our property boasts a spacious and secure swimming pool, which is heated during the inter-season from mid-April to mid-October. The pool area is perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. Situated on an enclosed property spanning 6200 m², our location is conveniently positioned between Aix en Provence, Marseille, and Cassis.

Rent the entire property in the summer, which includes 4 bedrooms. During other periods, you have the option to rent either a 3-bedroom home with a kitchen or choose a bed and breakfast style accommodation by the night. This villa is all on one level and features air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms and the living room. The fully equipped kitchen opens up to the south-facing terraces, offering beautiful views of the park and swimming pool. Enjoy the outdoor lounge area under the shade of the arbor during the summer, or make use of the cool and fully equipped summer kitchen with views of the pool and park. Villa Victoria is conveniently situated between the stunning Sainte Victoire mountain and the Calanques, with the sea just 25 minutes away.Reviews

To reach our location, follow these revised travel directions:
From Aix-en-Provence, take the Toulon/Nice motorway. Take the first exit labeled "Fuveau" and then turn left onto RD 96 towards Fuveau/Gréasque. At the junction called "Jas de Bassas," turn right towards "Gréasque."
Once you reach Gréasque, continue towards "Saint Savournin." Drive for 600 meters after passing the pharmacy (chemical store) and the hairdresser in Gréasque. Our location is on the left, at number 111. It is just after Carrosserie du Virage, which is located 30 meters before our address at number 71. Please note that the numbers are displayed by meters.
