COVID-19: Your well-being and comfort are our top priorities, and we prioritize cleanliness in our lodging. We carefully clean and disinfect surfaces and linens between each rental.

Our lodging, "Le Sablon," is classified as "Gîtes de France" with 3 ears and is available to welcome you all year round. With a capacity of 2 people (+1 baby), it offers a charming blend of old-world charm (exposed beams, stone walls, real wooden parquet, and unique layout) with the comfort of modern renovations (completed in early 2019, new furniture, and high-quality services).

To ensure a calm start to your stay, we provide basic ingredients such as soap, tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, sponges, etc. The beds are made upon your arrival.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, extractor, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, NESCAFE Dolce Gusto coffee machine, coffee machine, toaster, and raclette machine. We also provide many kitchen utensils.

The living room features a television and board games and wooden games for children.

The shower room includes a double vanity unit, towel dryer, hair dryer, and washing machine. There is also a separate toilet.

We provide an iron and ironing board, as well as fans for your convenience.

The cozy bedroom is furnished with new "Queen size" bedding and is equipped with mattress toppers for added comfort. The entire bedding is anti-dust mite, and we offer high-quality linen from "Tradition des Vosges."

Free WiFi is available throughout the lodging.

We offer towel rental (towels and bathrobe) for 5/person and a baby kit rental (umbrella bed with sheet, changing mat, bath, and high chair) for 5/stay.

On the property, you will have access to a courtyard with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a parasol. Additionally, a covered terrace with a gas plancha is available for your private use.

During winter, a covered sports area is accessible and includes a bike, elliptical, weights, etc. In summer, you can find various sports equipment at the reception, and there are numerous walking paths near the lodging.

We also provide an indoor relaxation area equipped with a spa for those who seek relaxation (balneotherapy, aromatherapy, light therapy). The spa is available during the day from 10:00am to 6:00pm for 20/session, including a private area and bath towels. In the evening from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, the spa session is 50/session and includes a private area with a bottle of champagne cuvée "Grande Réserve" or "Blanc de Blancs," candles, and bath towels.

We have also partnered with a qualified and experienced physiotherapist masseuse to offer personalized treatments (massages, lymphatic drainage, reflexology) in the gîte to enhance your relaxation and well-being during your stay. Prices are available upon request.

In collaboration with a local Champagne house, we can organize a "Discovery of Champagne" tour for you, including a visit to a vineyard plot, the wine cooperative, and a tasting of 3 vintages in a reception cellar. The duration of the tour is 2.5 hours, and the cost is 25/person.

You can find various Champagne Chalmet cuvées in the fridge in the gîte (prices available on-site).

Please note that the gîte is adjacent to the owners' house but is entirely independent and autonomous.
