Description for Gite
This charming independent gite is located on a family property in the picturesque village of Sigogne. Set amidst the renowned cognac fins bois vineyards, this traditional Charentaise property offers a serene and authentic retreat. Within the village square, you'll find the stunning church bell tower, considered one of the most beautiful in the Charente region.The gite is spread across two floors. On the first floor, you'll find a comfortable living room with a corner kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). There is also a separate toilet and a shower room.
Moving up to the second floor, you'll discover two more bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), while the second bedroom offers two single beds (90cm). There is also a shower room with a toilet on this floor.
Outside, you can enjoy a terrace and a garden, perfect for soaking up the peaceful surroundings. Private parking is available for your vehicles. Additionally, there is a private pool on the property, which is shared with the owners but not supervised.
During high season and very high season, the rental rates include all charges. For the remaining seasons, the rates include 8 KWh of electricity, unlimited domestic water usage, and gas for the cooker.
Please note that unless specified otherwise in the contract, the rental is for a week, with arrivals on Saturdays after 4 pm and departures on the following Saturdays before 10 am.
The gite is well-equipped with gas central heating for comfortable stays throughout the year. To travel from Jarnac to Rouillac, follow these directions:
