Located in a tranquil suburban residential area, this ground floor studio is situated in a dwelling house. It offers a peaceful environment with the convenience of being near the city center. The town hall and pedestrian shopping streets are only 1400 meters away, while the Leclerc shopping center and Grand Large are just 1000 meters away.The studio features a fully-equipped kitchenette with a table, folding table, cupboards, electric cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, electric toaster, mixer, balance household vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and all the necessary kitchenware.
There is a comfortable seating area with a sofa bed that can accommodate two people, as well as two stools, a table, and a TNT television. Internet access is available through the "wifi access visitors function - Service hotspot network orange."
The dining area includes a table and six chairs, along with additional storage space. A bar area with a shelf and bar is also provided. The bedroom features a cozy bed (already made upon arrival), a night table with an electric alarm clock and bedside lamp, and a wardrobe.
The bathroom includes a shower and sink, and a toilet is located within the bathroom. Pets are welcome without any additional rental charges.
Outside, guests can enjoy the garden area with its furniture and charcoal barbecue. Free parking is available in the courtyard in front of the studio.
The studio is conveniently located approximately 4 km from the hospital, "The Arena" exhibition center, and the university campus.
