- 1 large living room with a 140 sofabed, table with chairs, microwave, coffee maker, fully equipped kitchenette, dishes, utensils, TV, and decorative items
- Washing machine provided along with bed linen, bath towels, dish towels, and hand towels

We are open year-round and offer flexible rental options, including nightly and weekly stays. We also offer special packages for bikers and pilgrims on the St Jacques Compostela route. Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited in the rental. Taxes amount to 97.

Directions

To reach Grau-du-roi from Highway A9, take the GALLARGUES-Le-Montueux exit. Follow the signs towards Grau-du-roi until you reach the third roundabout. Take the first right and then the first left towards the tennis courts. Look for a blue portal with a push button labeled "The Abrivado".
