The "Moulin de Félix" gîte is located in a picturesque Provençal "mas" (farm) near the village of Robion, offering stunning views of the Luberon mountain. Situated on a tranquil and lush 1.5-hectare property, this gîte provides a peaceful and green environment for your stay.The gîte occupies a wing of the house, covering a spacious 88m² area. On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room with a double bed settee, equipped with a TV and DVD player. The kitchen area is well-appointed with a sink, fridge, cooking hob, extracting fan, small oven, microwave oven, and ample storage space in the cupboards. Additionally, there is a generous bathroom measuring approximately 12m², complete with a bath, wash basin, bidet, toilet, cupboards, and a convenient washing machine.
Moving upstairs, you will discover a cozy bedroom measuring around 12m², furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. Adjacent to this room is another bedroom, spanning approximately 24m², featuring a double bed, a chest of drawers, a built-in cupboard, a separate toilet, and the option to accommodate an additional person. Both bedrooms offer access to a charming veranda of approximately 15m², which has been transformed into a cozy reading room. From here, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the Luberon through the bay window.
Outside, the gîte boasts a delightful 24m² terrace, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining. Additionally, there is a magnificent 11x5.5m swimming pool, facing south, where you can relax and soak up the Provençal sunshine.

Directions to the "Moulin de Félix":
1. Set your GPS coordinates to Lat 43°51’51’’ N – Long 05°06’39’’ E.
2. Exit the A7 motorway at CAVAILLON, taking way out n°25.
3. Drive through CAVAILLON and go under the railway bridge.
4. Take the direction towards "AVIGNON-CARPENTRAS" and then "CLINIQUE SAINT ROCH" on the D15 road.
5. At the traffic lights, continue straight on the D15 road for approximately 3 km until you reach the Plan de Robion and the roundabout with tall cypresses. Continue straight on.
6. About 800m ahead, on the left side of the road, you will see a crossroad leading to the Camping des Cerisiers (Route de Lagnes).
7. Continue straight on and pass two old farmhouses on the right side of the road.
8. The Moulin de Félix is located 100m after the second farmhouse on the right side, just before a bridge over a canal.
9. Look for big iron gates, olive trees below the road, and a cypress-lined lane leading to the house.
