To reach Macinaggio from Bastia, simply take the main road that runs along the eastern coast of Cap Corse. The journey should take just under an hour. Alternatively, if you are coming from Saint-Florent, you can take the road along the west coast, which will take a little over an hour but offers breathtaking views.
