Pets are not permitted in our cottages. Rentals are available on Saturdays starting at 4:00 pm and must be vacated by 10:00 am on Saturday morning. The lease will become valid upon receipt of the contract and deposit. The deposit required is 25% of the total amount, with the remaining balance due upon arrival. A deposit of 300 is necessary, and it will be refunded, destroyed, or returned within 15 days after your departure. A tax of 0.40 per day per person is applicable, but children under 13 years old are exempt from this fee between June 15 and September 15. Please note that an additional charge for electricity usage beyond 8 KW per day may apply.
