The living area is well furnished with an extendable dining table and chairs, a comfortable 3 seater sofa, an armchair, and a wicker chair. Entertainment options include a CD Radio Cassette player, a television with French and English stations, a Video DVD player, and a selection of DVDs. The tiled floor is adorned with throw rugs.

The well-equipped kitchen, conveniently located to the left of the entrance hall, features a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a toaster, an electric kettle, and a chest freezer in the garage. There is also a breakfast table with stools and a large window overlooking the parking area and garden. The tiled floor adds a touch of elegance.

The bathroom offers modern amenities, including a shower with a glazed door and a wash basin. There is also a separate wc.

Bedroom 1 features a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and bedside tables. Bedroom 2 is equipped with two single beds, a wardrobe, and a bedside table. Both bedrooms are carpeted. A cot and bed linen can be provided upon request.

In addition to the beach, there is a sailing school and a Sunday market during July and August, with a smaller market on Sundays throughout the rest of the year. AGON-COUTAINVILLE offers horseriding, a beach, a golf course, and a casino for additional recreational options.
